As they look to the future, Edge Studio aims to strengthen their connection with a high-end clientele while refining their brand’s presence and positioning as industry leaders. Their ambition is not only to design iconic spaces but to establish a powerful digital experience that mirrors the ingenuity and sophistication of their architectural work.

The main objectives for the Edge Studio project focused on enhancing their brand’s perception among premium clients, increasing their online visibility, and driving measurable improvements in site conversions. Edge Studio sought to stand out in a competitive market, targeting high-net-worth clients with projects that demand an elevated level of expertise and exclusivity. We aimed to create a digital experience that would reduce customer acquisition costs, increase order values, and draw in the right clients by presenting Edge Studio as a visionary firm that leads the way in architectural excellence.

We set out to transform their website and brand experience to embody their bold vision, rethinking the user journey to make it both intuitive and engaging. Our approach was rooted in creating a modern, immersive web experience that mirrors ArcArch’s clean and innovative design ethos. We set out to develop a site that not only showcases their stunning architectural projects but also amplifies their unique approach to space and design. The direction focused on minimalist layouts, large visuals, and subtle interactions that evoke emotion while ensuring clarity of message. We also incorporated an intuitive navigation system to guide users effortlessly through the portfolio, allowing potential clients to easily connect with ArcArch’s vision. The result was a dynamic digital platform that enhances brand perception and positions ArcArch as a leader in modern architecture.

The project faced several challenges, each of which pushed us to innovate and adapt. A key challenge was balancing bold design with usability; while the visuals needed to be impactful, the navigation had to remain clear and accessible for a premium experience. We addressed this by creating a layout that emphasised spaciousness and elegance, guiding the user intuitively through Edge Studio’s portfolio. Structurally, a high bounce rate and low conversions indicated that content and calls-to-action weren’t reaching or resonating with the target audience, so we optimised site flow and refined the messaging to speak directly to high-value clients.

On the SEO front, we conducted extensive market and competitor analysis to identify where Edge Studio’s online presence could outperform. Recognising the value of real-time engagement, we introduced an easily manageable CMS, allowing Edge Studio to share case studies, awards, and timely insights on industry trends, helping establish them as thought leaders. This, alongside SEO enhancements, positioned Edge Studio’s expertise in front of a premium audience, addressing their conversion and acquisition objectives effectively.

The project culminated in a reimagined digital presence for Edge Studio, translating their architectural prowess into a sophisticated, conversion-focused web experience.

We achieved a reduction in customer acquisition costs, increased conversions, and boosted order values through targeted design and strategic SEO positioning. Analysis revealed that the previous site’s low conversion rate stemmed from lack of clarity in design and content, as well as limited targeting. Through competitive analysis and refining client profiles, we identified ways to reach the right audience by promoting Edge Studio’s strengths in award-winning projects, client success stories, and industry expertise.

With a new CMS in place, Edge Studio can now continuously engage their audience with valuable insights, while blog posts and case studies further amplify their authority. The transformed web experience has become a direct reflection of Edge Studio’s architectural innovation, attracting and converting clients who appreciate and seek their level of expertise.
