Your project. Your audience.

your experience.

It’s More Than a Project. It’s Your Story — Told Beautifully.

We’ve intentionally structured your project into four distinct chapters — designed not only to showcase the outcome, but to immerse your audience in your process, principles, and personality as a practice.

You’ll simply provide a few short blocks of text (up to 500 words per section), an optional quote, and your preferred visual content. From there, we’ll do the heavy lifting — crafting an experience that captures both the essence of your work and how you work.

This format helps your audience digest the project in stages, encourages deeper engagement, and communicates your unique value as a practice — without overwhelming your viewer or overcomplicating your side.

Section 1: Basic Project Details

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please understand that over 95% of the questions we ask you are optional. We leave it entirely up to you just how much information you'd like to share. It's worth noting, however, the more information and media files you can supply us with, the more in-depth and unique a project experience we can offer your audience.

Our aim is turning your latest flagship project into a lead-generation machine for your firm.

Section 2: Your Project Story

2.1 Vision & Concept
"The story always starts with an idea."
Help text:
This is where the project begins — not on paper, but in conversation, imagination, and emotion. What was the spark? What did the client want — and what did you see that they didn’t yet realise? What inspired you? What did you wrestle with? Where did you land?

These prompts are completely optional.
But the more you share, the more your audience will see the depth and distinction that sets your work apart.
Help text:
What was the moment that started it all?
Help text:
This could include moodboards, cultural references, narrative thinking — anything that helped define the concept.
Help text:
A quote that captures the soul of your concept — optional, but powerful.
Help text:
How did the client’s goals shape (or reshape) your early direction?
Help text:
Share the tensions, compromises, or unexpected constraints — and how they helped shape the concept.
2.2 Design & Development
“Where ideas begin to take shape.”
Help text:
This is where the thinking becomes building. It’s not just about how it looks — it’s about how the space works, flows, breathes.

How did the concept start to solidify? What design decisions shaped the form, the function, the feel? What role did light, material, layout, and iteration play in evolving the idea into something buildable?

This section invites you to share the journey from abstract idea to tangible architecture. Drawings, models, layout studies, internal reviews — this is where the creative engine of the studio shines.

All fields are optional — use what suits your story best.
(Up to 500 words total. We’ll divide it across the experience.)
Help text:
What processes or iterations helped develop the concept into a buildable form? What were the key turning points?
Help text:
How did light guide your internal planning? Did spatial flow drive decisions around structure or form?
Help text:
A quote that summarises the design phase — optional, but powerful.
Help text:
Talk about your material thinking. Why those materials? What atmosphere or texture were you trying to create?
Help text:
How did you communicate your evolving design — to the client, the team, the public? Models, sketches, diagrams, renders?
2.3 Technical Execution
“Where the work gets real.”
Help text:
This is the part no one sees — but everyone experiences.

From detailing junctions to negotiating build-ability, this is where architecture meets its constraints and rises through them.

How did your team navigate site conditions, budget realities, consultants, or fabrication challenges? Were there critical pivots or clever solutions that shaped the final result?

Think of this section as a record of the problem-solving, the refinement, the real craft behind making a concept actually stand — and stand beautifully.
Help text:
What key detailing or build strategies helped you execute the design intent?
Help text:
Share an example where time, budget, or build-ability constraints forced you to make a critical design or construction decision on the fly.
Help text:
A quote that captures how it was all brought together — optional, but powerful.
Help text:
Any site-level decisions or unexpected shifts during construction that forced creative adaptations?
Help text:
Share decisions tied to sustainability, thermal performance, material sourcing, etc.
2.4 Collaboration & Impact
“What it became. What it means.”
Help text:
This is where we bring it all together. The built project. The moments that matter. The parts you’re most proud of.

What should your audience notice? What do you want them to feel?

Whether it's the interplay of light, a material junction you obsessed over, or simply the way someone walks through the space — this is where your work speaks for itself.

You can also use this section to share any personal reflections, unexpected outcomes, or recognitions the project has received. All fields optional. Up to 500 words total. This is your moment — share what you feel is worth sharing.
Help text:
Describe the experience of moving through the space. What do you want people to notice, feel, or respond to?
Help text:
Any recognitions, features or client testimonials you’d like to include?
Help text:
Optional Quote to close your story and journey (optional).
Help text:
Anything that surprised you once the project was complete? How people use it? How it aged? Reactions?
Help text:
A closing note. This could be a thank-you to collaborators, or simply a personal reflection on what made the project special.
